Payment Policy
We accept payments by PayPal, credit card, money order, and personal check. Personal checks are subject to a 2-5 day hold.
For PayPal and credit card orders, if the shipping address is different than the billing address, proof of identity must be faxed to us in order to protect ourselves against fraudulent transactions.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason such as a description/pricing error, product unavailability, or potentially fraudulent transactions.
Shipping Policy
All shipments go out within 48 hours of payment. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once it becomes available.
We maintain a 99% stock of all products. In the rare case of a back order, we will contact the customer within 24 hours of payment to provide alternative options, estimated shipping time, and the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Shipping and handling is free to anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping is $40.00/seat to anywhere in Canada.
Our online shopping cart is set up to accept orders from continental United States and Canada only. This does not include Hawaii, Guam, or Peurto Rico. By default, all orders are shipped out by UPS ground. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders going to PO Boxes or Military APOs. For alternative shipping methods or to receive an international shipping quote, please contact us.
To avoid shipping delays, please remember to provide the type of street in the Street Address form area. (Example: 123 Parkway Avenue instead of 123 Parkway)
Return Policy
Any products received damaged or faulty upon delivery will be immediately replaced at our cost including all shipping and handling fees.
All damaged product claims must be made within 2 business days of delivery otherwise, the product must be replaced by the manufacture.
All of our products come with a manufactures limited lifetime warranty. All warranty claims should be made directly through the manufacture. Terms of the limited lifetime warranty depends on the manufacture. To review the warranty information for a particular product, you may visit our link page which lists the racing seat manufactures we deal with. We are an authorized distributor of all products we sell and a purchase receipt from our company acts as valid proof of purchase required for all manufacture warranty claims.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it back to us for a refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product back as well as a $40 per seat restocking fee. All refund claims must be made within 2 business days of product delivery. Product must be sent back uninstalled and in original resealed packaging or additional fees may apply.
Modifying a seat in any way may void the manufactures warranty. This includes refabrication or seat customization.
Privacy Policy
All customer information is safely stored in a password protected encrypted database.
For your protection, all credit card orders are sent to us in two separate encrypted formats which are deleted from both systems after order processing.
We do not sell or distribute any customer information unless required by law.
We do not email customers advertisements newsletters unless they have opted in to receive them.
